WODIL Conference Presenter Paper Submission Guidelines

The World Diversity in Leadership (WODIL) Conference welcomes presenters and researchers to submit papers that contribute to advancing dialogue, knowledge, and practical solutions related to inclusive leadership, equity, diversity, and social innovation. These guidelines are designed to support presenters in preparing and submitting their papers for review and inclusion in the conference proceedings.

INSTRUCTIONS for POSTER PRESENTATIONS

Maximum poster size is 36 inches wide by 48 inches high (3 ft. x 4 ft.). You must provide your own printout of the poster itself. You are requested to set up your poster in the morning prior to the Opening ceremony and remove it at the end of the session. One of the paper author or co-authors must be present and available for discussion at the poster session. Posters will be on display in the conference room.

Guidelines For Paper Submission

WODIL Secretariat has the right to accept or reject a paper for presentation

Purpose of the Paper Submission

The WODIL Conference encourages presenters to share research, case studies, policy analysis, and innovative practices that promote inclusive leadership and equitable systems. Submitted papers will help strengthen the conference’s role as a platform for knowledge exchange and thought leadership.

Paper Themes

Submissions should align with one or more of the conference themes, including but not limited to:
Inclusive leadership and organizational transformation
Diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA)
Anti-racism and systemic change
AI, technology, and equity
Social innovation and community impact
Intersectionality in leadership
Youth leadership and emerging voices
Policy and governance for inclusive societies

Submission Requirements

Presenters are required to submit the following: Abstract Maximum 300 words Clearly state the purpose, methodology, key findings, and relevance to the conference theme Full Paper Length: 2,500 – 5,000 words Include the following sections where applicable: Title Author(s) name and affiliation Abstract Introduction Methodology or Approach Key Findings / Discussion Conclusion References Formatting Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt Line spacing: 1.5 Citation style: APA (7th Edition) or Chicago File format: Microsoft Word (.docx)

Publication and Rights
