As a Professional Certified Coach she works with individuals and leaders at all levels of the organization – corporate leaders, physicians and other professionals who want to be at their best so that they can enhance their performance.  Pauline utilizes a variety of tools and approaches formed in positive psychology, trauma informed, narrative coaching and action learning to bring out the change and transformation of organizations.  Stop pushing and find the full potential as a leader, and simply, create thriving organizational change with enjoyment and wellness in your own professional practice.

Pauline is also a certified Workplace Fairness Analyst and Restorative Coach who restores wellness in the capacity of teams and leaders, overcoming resistance to change with a focus on engagement, equity, diversity and inclusion. It starts with an understanding that our resilience, happiness and well-being fuel our positive emotions, engagement, relationships, meaning and achievement for performance and success.  As a member or associate of nearly a dozen professional organizations, change and human behaviour are a constant focus in her business and personal pursuits.
