Nicole Stibbe is Principal and Founder of Soulwork Alliance, an Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Consultancy based in Toronto. With over 25 years in the corporate space as a leader, mentor, trainer and strategic advisor to organizations of all sizes, Nicole challenges companies to leverage their focus and pay attention to what matters most – developing a culture of belonging and wellbeing so employees can thrive.

Nicole is an accomplished EDI and employee wellbeing practitioner and expertly guides organizations to understand and assess the links between the two areas while creating and bringing EDI strategies to the forefront of the workforce and ensuring it’s maintained as a priority. Nicole has also spent countless hours coaching and mentoring Black university and college students as they prepare to enter Canadian workplaces, assisting them in building confidence, and seeing their higher potential and valuable skills.
Nicole holds certificates in Leadership and Inclusion, Inclusion by Design, and Disability Management and is a Qualified Assessor of the Intercultural Development Inventory. She is also a trained Workplace Investigator and Certified Coach.
