Juliet Turpin
Juliet is VP of D&I at Randstad Canada. In this role, Juliet leads the provision of consultative services both internally and externally within Randstad Canada. Juliet’s unique background and 4+ years of experience leading and implementing D&I initiatives at Randstad Canada enables her to provide expertise in D&I best practices and thought leadership.
Juliet is VP of D&I at Randstad Canada. In this role, Juliet leads the provision of consultative services both internally and externally within Randstad Canada. Juliet’s unique background and 4+ years of experience leading and implementing D&I initiatives at Randstad Canada enables her to provide expertise in D&I best practices and thought leadership.
Previous to her current role, Juliet spent over 28 years, placing hundreds of highly qualified professionals into Randstad Technologies customers. This experience has allowed Juliet to take decades of leadership, staffing and talent acquisition experience and combine it with D&I experience to create a unique offering for our clients. Additionally, Juliet is a registered and certified D&I consultant with the Canadian Council of Diversity and Inclusion and a Certified Diversity Executive Candidate in the U.S. with Institute for Diversity Certification.
Within the community, Juliet sits on the board for the National Association for Asian American Professionals in Toronto, and is an active volunteer on advisory boards including NMLC – Women’s Technology re-skilling program.
