Erin Noble, CHRL, CDMP
Erin Noble is a part-time Professor at Centennial College and Senior Human Resources Consultant at the University of Toronto. Bridging conceptual frameworks with real life examples has benefited the students in the Introduction of Human Resources Management course that Erin has taught since 2015. Erin has influenced countless students and has maintained and provided guidance and mentorship to many.

Erin began her career at the University of Toronto in 2008. She has worked in diverse capacities within Human Resources such as disability management, benefits, recruitment, strategic planning and performance management. As a Senior Human Resources Consultant, she provides high-level solutions and recommendations to management teams. Erin prides herself on building strong client relations, being flexible and thinking outside the box. Erin has her bachelor degree in Sociology from York University and her Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation through the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA).
