Denise is a collaborator, connector and broker. She is passionate about making a difference in every organization and with every person she connects with. An empowering facilitator and business strategist, Denise is always looking for continuous improvement which provides cost-savings to organizations. With over 15 years in project management, facilitation and communications, Denise’s multifaceted experience fuels her success as an internal and external multi-disciplinary consultant. She is driven to create change, impact culture and move teams to sustainable success. Through Women in Leadership Foundation, she is leading a 32 month pan-Canadian federally funded gender equality project which aims to address harmful gender biases and to drive change to policy in organizations. Denise has a Masters of Arts in Communications and Technology from University of Alberta and a Bachelor of Management from University of Lethbridge. Personally, Denise enjoys traveling and adventure sports including completing multiple Ironman races–and currently training for her next one!
