Betty Mutwiri, B.Ed. MA (Leadership), PCC, PhD Candidate, is a catalyst for learning, growth and change. She is a leadership facilitator, coach and mentor highly skilled at nurturing safe and collaborative spaces that unleash passion, purpose and potential. She is the founder of BIPOC Leadership Academy and the lead for a collaborative book project underway with other black women leaders to be released in Feb 2023. She empowers leaders to lead with insight, influence and impact by leveraging their signature strengths and their cultural, emotional and spiritual intelligence. She is an EDI practitioner experienced at designing and implementing, systems wide EDI strategies, transformational leadership development programs and fostering coaching cultures.

Betty is a seasoned professional and organizational leader with approximately 20-year experience in senior leadership roles. She served as the Executive Director for Leadership Saskatoon (2001-2007), Director, Organizational Learning and Leadership and Patient & Family Centered Care at Saskatchewan Health Region (2007-2016) and Director, HR Strategy at Saskatchewan Polytechnic (2016-2022).
